Lead Software Engineer (Backend)Boston - hybrid working$170-200k + packageMy growing technology client is looking for a skilled Backed Software Engineer, experienced with Golang, Python or Rust, located in Boston!
Responsibilities:
- Lead backend architecture (Go, Python, Rust) and maintain our codebase.
- Collaborate with product designers to enhance our design system
- Manage the product roadmap and engineering efforts post-launch.
- Partner with founders to identify high-impact engineering projects that drive revenue.
- Collaborate with external researchers, design partners, and early customers.
- Contribute to building and scaling our engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading Backend Engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Go, Python or Rust, and AWS Cloud.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud architecture (AWS).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with external researchers, design partners, and early customers.
