We are partnering with a family-owned Global organization to find their next Field Service Manager. This FSM will oversee one location over 15+ Field Service Engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong Management experience and the desire to develop and grow their local team. This is a direct-hire role location 100% on-site in Hillsboro, OR. Field Service Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers (15+) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to the field service team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer support.
Manage customer relationships and address any service-related issues or concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present reports on service activities and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
