Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to play a pivotal role in the management, analysis, and optimization of the platform. As a Lead Technical Analyst, you will oversee the platform's performance, guide technical decision-making, and collaborate with both development and business teams to ensure that the platform supports key business objectives while delivering a seamless user experience. You will also provide insights into technical solutions, support system upgrades, and drive process improvements across the platform.
This role is ideal for a technical leader with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead technical analysis and design efforts to ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform meets performance, scalability, and business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, analyzing, and optimizing the platform's infrastructure and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance business processes and improve platform reliability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
Analyze current system configurations, identifying potential improvements and driving technical enhancements across the platform.
Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and the implementation of new features, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Lead efforts in data analysis, integration, and reporting to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Ensure that technical documentation, workflows, and processes are up to date and reflect system changes accurately.
Drive collaboration with IT, development teams, and business units to identify areas for system optimization and lead technical projects from conception to completion.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and GDPR by implementing appropriate security measures and technical controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in technical analysis or similar roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Experience working with automation tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI for system management and optimization.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Dynamics 365, including Power BI, to support business decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex system and performance issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
Experience in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades.
Familiarity with database management and performance optimization, especially in a cloud environment.
Experience working in regulated industries or public sector environments, with a focus on compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
