Job Description:

Summary
  • Oversee the strategic partnership with attorneys to ensure timely and efficient processing of immigration documentation.
  • Provide soft-landing services for expatriates, including housing, vehicle leasing, insurance, phone services, and onboarding.
  • Drive the development, planning, and implementation of new policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
  • Optimize vendor relationships for property and employee services such as landscaping, janitorial, cafeteria, and food vending.
  • Organize the planning and execution of corporate events such as scalable meetings, workshops, ceremonies and employee appreciation events.
  • Oversee procurement and management of general goods, office supplies, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Develop and implement long-term improvement plans for facility management to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize office layouts and seating plan for efficiency, aesthetics, and team functionality.
  • Enhance the office environment by initiating and executing improvements in decor, signage, and common areas to promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Manage the administration and optimization of the company's fleet vehicles, mobile phone programs.
  • Oversee the business card request process, ensuring prompt and efficient fulfillment.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including the management of electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, teams, and external partners.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Korean and English.

Skills:
  • Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Experience with SAP software and benefits systems is preferred
  • Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility
