We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of demand planning, forecasting, and activities.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize our supply chain processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must have previous demand planning experience using statistical methods and software.
  • Must be familiar with a standard demand planning cycle, demand consensus review, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to gather demand forecasts and market insights.
  • Partner with finance to ensure demand plan alignments with financial growth targets by brand.
  • Works to improve the set forecasting process for EMEA region.
  • Utilize historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics to generate accurate demand forecasts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the accuracy of demand forecasts, adjusting as necessary to minimize forecast errors.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review demand and supply planning updates, address concerns, and align strategies.
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of supply chain planning tools and software.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
  • Experience with statistical forecast software required (Forecast Pro is a plus, but other relevant software will be accepted).
  • Medical Device experience a plus.
  • Familiar with regular demand planning process with marketing reviews, DCR, county review, etc.
  • Proficient experience with data management and analysis in Microsoft Excel is critical.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, Power BI and Smartsheet is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and must be goal oriented.
  • Must be able to understand various warehouse, inventory, and planning data.
  • Basic inventory management approaches (working capital tracking, turns, DOH) and financial reporting skills needed.
  • Must be able to professionally present information orally or in written format.
  • Must be able to work in time critical and at times, high stress environment.
  • Must be able to successfully work alone or in team setting.

Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory management required.
  • Experience in using supply chain planning software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10%

Salary: $73,040 - $95,866
