Job description: Our Customer Associate role supports our client's sales team: managing information collection and application preparation from a team of sales people.
Job role & Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via the phone
Continuously improve your performance in a metrics-driven environment
Have access to consistent 1:1 coaching, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and mentorship
Ensure prospective customers receive unparalleled service
You have prior experience in a customer service environment, dealing with a sophisticated client base, either by email or telephone.
You have excellent customer manner and attention to details
You are service oriented with an eye to exceeding established service levels
You are self-motivated, ambitious, and excited to continue to grow in your career
