Position Overview: Advisor Services Relationship Manager
The Advisor Services Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role by acting as the primary liaison between our Advisor partners and back-office operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with Advisor partners by providing exceptional customer service and back-office support.
Manage personal and support email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Open new accounts, handle asset transfer requests, and manage other investment account-related tasks.
Communicate investment instructions to the Trading team through CRM documentation.
Ensure documents are accurate and complete.
Process cashiering requests, including journal transfers and contributions to client investment accounts.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
A genuine interest in learning and advancing in the financial services and investment management industry.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Bachelor's degree.
Experience within an RIA or similar financial organization.
Familiarity with custodial platforms such as TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
