Position Overview: Advisor Services Relationship Manager

The Advisor Services Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role by acting as the primary liaison between our Advisor partners and back-office operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Advisor partners by providing exceptional customer service and back-office support.
  • Manage personal and support email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Open new accounts, handle asset transfer requests, and manage other investment account-related tasks.
  • Communicate investment instructions to the Trading team through CRM documentation.
  • Ensure documents are accurate and complete.
  • Process cashiering requests, including journal transfers and contributions to client investment accounts.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • A genuine interest in learning and advancing in the financial services and investment management industry.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience within an RIA or similar financial organization.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms such as TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
  • Experience using Orion and/or Salesforce.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZ
  • Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
