Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing program level monitoring, reporting and support for Payments projects;
  • Create repeatable processes for reporting, deliverables, issues management, and financial management; Provide leadership for Tech PM team;
  • Work closely with the Technical Delivery managers and Tech Portfolio manager, our Business and Enterprise PM Partners to be sure Tech delivery is providing the milestone, delivery, risk and financial data needed;
  • Manage all tech issues and risks, working with teams to solve them, escalating as needed, and providing transparency to Tech Delivery leadership;
  • Provide support to technical PM's to ensure that projects stay on track and follow TDLC governance, and adhere to our risk controls.
  • Ensure that any related vulnerability remediation efforts are planned for, tracked and completed on time.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Payments, banking, Merger & acquisition experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is required
  • 3+ years of Financial Services Industry in a project management function
  • 8+ years of experience as a program manager, utilizing project management methodologies and disciplines, best practices, and artifacts in both Waterfall and SCRUM environments
  • Recent experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Ability to travel according to client demands
  • Excellent communication skills, Meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and relationship in a way that results in an effective team environment.
  • Function and/or broad functional knowledge of portfolio & program management.
  • Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Ability to lead complex projects.
  • Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
  • Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.
  • Consulting experience highly preferred
  • Industry specific consulting experience (Financial Services)
  • Merger & acquisition experience
  • High travel tolerance
  • PgMP/PMP Certification
  • Process Management & Mapping
