5-7 years of engineering experience (automotive/suspension preferred), with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of CAD, FEA, and mechanical design principles.
Experience with APQP, DFMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving successful engineering projects.
