Testing of electrical components, including battery assemblies, PCBA's and micro switches.
Consult manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams in order to troubleshoot and resolve product issues as it relates to electrical components.
Develop test plans and written procedures in coordination with product development.
Track and detail all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed and provide documentable test results for test report compilation.
Issue quality alerts as related to electrical components.
Install and maintain lab test equipment
Required Education and Experience:
3+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience in lawn equipment industry is a plus.
Ability to use common quality tools and measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and torque wrenches.
Familiar with hardware accessories and mechanical processing or electronics input inspection, understanding metal processing technology, familiar with the relevant processes of the quality department.
Familiar with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Must be able to read and comprehend drawings and schematics.
Must be able to lead and manage others, while promoting a teamwork environment.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
