We seek a highly skilled and experienced Controls Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, extensive control systems experience, and a proven track record of project management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage control projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
Oversee control systems' installation, configuration, and maintenance, including BACnet, DDC controls, and various specific control systems.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and technicians to develop project plans and specifications.
Utilize AutoCAD and Visio to design and document control systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed reports on project status.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the controls industry.
Stable work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.
Extensive knowledge of BACnet, DDC controls, and various control systems
Experience with Tridium, Dystype, Niagara, ALC, Allerton, Johnson Controls, and Metasys systems.
An EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
