The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of multiple self-performing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Heavy Highway projects.
Supervising and mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction. preferably Roadway
Proven experience with self-performing underground wet and dry utilities, paving and concrete projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficient in cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
