We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with aspirations to transition into Project Management. If you have a strong background in software engineering, particularly within simulation, and are looking to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you. A BS in Computer Science (or a related field) and a minimum of 7 years of experience with C# or C++ are required.

Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of projects and products, including planning, design, development, and testing phases
Develop robust software solutions that align with client requirements and design specifications
Drive innovation to enhance both individual and team processes and software development practices
Collaborate closely with project management to optimize workflow efficiency, ensure high-quality deliverables, and manage technical risks
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary and operate a computer for extended periods
Frequent communication with clients and team members
Willingness to travel as necessary
