High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in PCBA inspection and testing.
Familiarity with IPC standards and other relevant quality standards.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, such as microscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems

Job Summary: The PCBA Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for inspecting and testing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) to ensure they comply with industry standards and customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes.
$20/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
