The candidate should be able to derive equations and understand theoretical derivations to effectively write code. The role involves writing code for structural dynamics applications, deriving equations, performing technical analysis, and translating theoretical knowledge of random vibration into practical applications.

Education & Experience Required
PhD in a relevant field is preferred, especially with a focus on structural dynamics or a closely related area.
2-5 years of experience.
A Ph.D. in structural dynamics and vibration or a master's with sufficient industry experience.
Knowledgeable in random vibration and a solid understanding of its underlying theory.
Experience in system identification of structural systems under dynamic loading.
Technical Skills Required
Strong technical background in structural dynamics.
Ability to derive equations and write code based on theoretical knowledge.
Proficiency in coding for technical applications.
Technical Skills Desired
Good understanding of estimating fatigue using random vibration, such as the Dirlik method.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills to prevent miscommunication with suppliers and team members.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
