HMI Programming: FactoryTalkME and SE platforms.
Troubleshooting: On-floor troubleshooting with maintenance technicians.
Schematics: Ability to read and interpret.
Vision Systems: Keyence and Cognex experience.
Control Systems: Design experience with servos and VFDs.
Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Experience required.
Statistical Methods: Understanding of process capability and Design of Experiments.
Processes: Implementation of Deviations, Engineering Change Orders.
CAPA Execution: Proficient in CAPA processes.
CAD Work: Proficient in major CAD modules.
Technical Writing: Skilled in creating and revising technical documentation.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in PLC diagnostics and programming, MES experience is a plus.
