Swoon is actively seeking a GRC Manager to join the team!
What will your day-to-day look like?
Provide strategic leadership to the staff by facilitating an enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance program and provides hands on leadership to the team
Create the GRC strategy, communication the strategy, and drive accomplishments
Lead the compliance and assurance functions within GRC to evaluate cybersecurity
Prescribe security improvements for environments to resolve security issues
Manage and develop GRC talent creating opportunities for growth
Track metrics and oversee the preparation of reports
What's required?
8+ years of experience within cybersecurity and GRC, with at least 3+ years of experience in leadership/supervisory capacity
Understanding of security controls and alignment to all security regulations
Work with both internal and external vendor teams
Bachelors degree required; Certifications are a plus
