My client is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the operation and management of critical systems in our data center, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling infrastructure, and hardware. This role requires significant hands-on experience with hardware systems specific to data centers, as you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing performance across various technologies. You will act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues, provide guidance and training to Engineering Operations Technicians, and collaborate with the Facility Manager to foster a strong team culture. Additionally, you will assist in the build-out of new facilities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
