Fast growing manufacturing company with multiple locations has an excellent opportunity available in the Lexington, KY area for an Engineering Manager. This position will be involved in all aspects of Engineering Management including manufacturing, safety, automation, project management, risk management, training, performance reviews and motivating team members. This position will have six direct reports.
Requirements:
Must have prior Engineering Management experience.
BS degree in Engineering or related field a must.
Experience in manufacturing is a must.
PMP Certification is a must.
PMP Certification would be a plus.
Experience in plastics, injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, compounding, polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, or polymers would be a plus.
