Position Summary
This position is the primary support to the NORAM Corporate Business Development and Strategic & Key Account Management (SAM/KAM) functions combining Regional Sales Operations and SAM/KAM Plan and Opportunity analysis and preparation responsibilities.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility
NORAM Regional Sales Operations Management: • Manage regional CRM (T360) operations and adherence to Group Customer Relationship Management system policy • Train and on-board new users for T360 • Assist users with functional issues related to T360 KISS ticket • Host bi-weekly call with NORAM Sales Ops team • Build monthly OI reports as required by their respective sales management (growth meeting and other reports) • Attend Sales Operations Leadership Team meetings once a quarter in-person and as-needed • Submit requests to Advisory Groups meeting held by central team to benefit NORAMs Sales Ops process • Draw up best practices and circulate them within the community of local sales operations and central administrators • Upon proposal of corporate Sales Operations, take part in user testing when major changes are made to the application • Support GBU, Domains and sectors in their specific needs (SRA monthly OI review) as required • Support local functions with T360 relevant data and analysis (Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Finance reports) • Manage local SER and OIR reviews • Update NORAM Directory once a quarter
Travel: Up to 25% travel annually, both domestic and international
(IF position converts to Perm). The only anticipated travel required during the temp assignment is for the first week of training in Florida.
Skills: Required: Strong interpersonal and team working skills Robust presentation and writing capabilities Solid experience with Excel macros and data analytical skills Strong facility with CRM applications and MS Office Preferred: 8 years of experience in aerospace & defense or high technology industry in either business development, sales, marketing, finance or project management roles.
