We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who will join a creative team by leading projects and ensuring projects are within budget and timeline. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new solutions to optimize the efficiency and safety of systems in Pasadena, TX. The Mechanical Engineer will need to have a strong technical background as well as creativity in order to perform this job well. Additionally, the Mechanical Engineer will be required to have strong project management skills as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Duties:
Collaborate with the Lead Engineer as well as other cross-functional teams.
Assist with new hardware development.
Provide solutions for mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic areas.
Perform stress analysis calculations.
Assist with proposal documents.
Collaborate with contractors and clients.
Provide guidance to the construction team regarding on-site installations.
Oversee installation and commissioning of systems and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance programs.
Conduct tests and inspections to ensure compliance within industry standards.
