Job Description:
Industrial Engineer-Bilingual MandarinJob Summary:This position will support all departments in achieving the KPI of the factory, including cost, capacity and energy efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production capacity planning of Battery Cell, and Pack production lines within the factory;
- Calculate CT H/C utility request
- Cost analysis and budget control
- Project management and coordinate different teams(Chinese team and US team) to communicate design proposals.
- Train operators and line leaders about IE
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Management Science and Engineering, and related majors
- Strong AutoCAD skill
- 2+ years working experience with manufacturing IE
- Experience of battery cell, new factory planning experience will be better
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding analytical ability and adaptability
- Mandarin Chinese will be needed
- Ability to with work under pressure and within tight deadlines
