Performing requirements analysis to understand the needs of the customer and/or system end-user
Developing architecture models to support requirements development and derivation
Identifying technical risks and opportunities, and develop risk mitigation strategies
Working and collaborating with multi-functional team to implement, test, and validate customer requirements
Monitoring and adapting emerging technologies to existing and new products
Maintaining a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and project partners
Participating in system design reviews
Participating in system integration, test, and requirements validation activities
Creating, maintaining, and managing requirements database
Developing system documentation including test procedures, test plans, and test reports
Evaluating, characterizing, and prioritizing product defects, and effectively communicating problems to team members, management, vendors, and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with 5+ years of experience
Analytical, resourceful, and detailed oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of computer software packages (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to readily grasp high-level customer requirements to derive usable and implementable design requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and competing priorities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Must be able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
