Harper Brothers Construction is a full-service civil construction company specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead company construction and engineering projects according to contract documents. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager running Heavy Civil/Heavy Highway projects.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of bids and proposals
Generating, preparing, and submitting invoices per the terms of the contract for all assigned projects
Production Analysis for the overall direction, completion, change orders and financial outcomes of the project
Develop initial project schedules and responsible for updating and maintaining project schedule
Contract oversight and compliance-understand contractual obligations to owners, subs, and vendors
Material Management
Risk management; safety, quality and financial
Responsible for the monitoring and management of work-in-process, billings, and outstanding accounts receivable collection efforts
Client Relations, consistent verbal and written communication
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent management experience with some education will be considered
Experience using Primavera P6, Bluebeam, B2W and Microsoft Project
ViewPoint HCSS experience required
5-8 years of heavy civil/heavy highway related construction project management experience on projects ranging from $10M - $100M+
Strong project management and communication skills
Be self-reliant and able to operate independently
Knowledge of all aspects of construction including estimating, schedules, budget, and safety

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $120,000- $160,000
