Focus:
Lead the design and development of analog circuits for advanced DRAM products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into broader systems.
Conduct circuit simulations and analyses to optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex design challenges.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to memory design.
Contribute to patent applications and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Skill Set:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PhD preferred.
5-10+ years of experience in analog circuit design within the semiconductor industry.
Proven expertise in analog design, including IOs, power system blocks, and custom digital design.
Proficiency in ASIC-like digital design, including:
Logic synthesis for complex block design.
DFT (Design for Test) implementation.
Physical design using place & route software.
Verification through simulation techniques.
Strong understanding of DRAM memory architectures and semiconductor technologies.
Experience with high-speed, low-power circuit design methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DRAM memory interface design and signal integrity analysis.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated success in tape-outs and volume production.
