Pattern Labs is on a mission to bring predictability and efficiency to the most demanding, fastest paced, dynamic logistics problem of airport operations. We are a venture backed Autonomy/AI Robotics team developing a suite of tools to enhance and improve operations for airports across the country and around the world.
Candidates should be quick learners and ready to contribute broadly to robot development. You will likely be working hands on with cutting-edge robotic systems and sensors, testing your code on robots in our +6k sqft development facility with miles of outdoor proving ground track. Ideal candidates have experience with complex robotic systems at production scale, but aptitude and quick-learning are most important. About The Role
This role will be a mission critical engineering role focused broadly on the nuts-and-bolts of integration across our autonomy stack - logging, metrics, scalable architecture, efficient memory usage, GPU algorithm optimization, and more. There will be opportunities to specialize as teams grow in the future (potentially around you!), but initially a broad science and engineering skillset is key. Expertise with modern C++ and an ability to implement clean code at a highly reliable level of functionaliy is important. Typical experience is 4-7 years.

We have a very flexible, work-from-home friendly, style of operation - but candidates should be willing to relocate to the greater Boulder/Denver area. We're building robots, and interaction with the hardware and in-person testing is a key aspect of all roles.
