We are seeking a Mid-Level Front End Developer to work with Ironclad's MARS Infrastructure Team!
As part of an Agile development team, you will develop user-centric frontend solutions as well as API and data source solutions. The ideal candidate is familiar with the Agile software development life cycle from user requirement generation to automated tests and deployment.
This is a hybrid role with some mandatory onsite days at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB) to support testing and implementation tasks otherwise, you will be able to work from home or, in our Reston, VA office, if preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Design, develop and deliver modern secure software applications to enable the intel mission
Troubleshoot defects, deduce root cause, and implement mechanisms to prevent reoccurrence and mitigate offshoot issues
Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements
Efficiently divide and conquer software development tasks with other developers
Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
Here's what you need:
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer using modern and open-source technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, React, and Angular.
3+ years of experience developing distributed web applications with emphasis on frontend development using JavaScript and Vue.
3+ years' experience with Linux, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Artifactory
Knowledge of API best practices
Experience with data modeling and contributing to data solutions using relational and NoSQL databases
Experience in Agile development technologies
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
Security Clearance:
Active Top-Secret clearance required at time of hire.
TS/SCI Poly not required upon hire however, eligibility to obtain TS with SCI Poly is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or similar discipline strongly preferred.
