A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to sit fully on-site in Middle River, MD. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating with both the engineering team and the build team to ensure processes are met. They will be responsible for process improvement to better the efficiency of creating their products. Their day will be spent evenly between their desk where they will be reviewing models and making adjustments, and the production floor where they will be answering any questions and putting people back on track.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years of experience doing Manufacturing Process Engineering
Experience with CAD or similar tool (Solidworks, AutoCad). Must know how to open a model, take measurements, and identify issues within a model
Experience with process improvement in a manufacturing role
Experience working in an environment with composite and composite bonding
Highly motivated. Someone who wants to come to work and make a difference
