Position Summary
The Integrations Manager will be responsible for managing the integration of newly acquired companies into Franklin Energy. This role will focus on sign-to-close activities including day one communications and post-close planning as well as all subsequent integration activities to ensure a seamless transition from separate entities to fully integrated components of Franklin Energy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the entire integration process from post-diligence integration planning through post-close integration execution, ensuring all milestones are met and coordination is maintained with Legal, Finance and Accounting (F&A), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Operational Teams (Ops).
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the acquisition process, developing and implementing communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
Develop comprehensive integration plans to ensure smooth transitions for acquired entities, including preparing for and managing all activities required for a successful integration.
Lead post-close integration efforts, including the alignment of processes, systems, and cultures, and providing training and support to acquired entities to align them with Franklin Energy standards and practices.
Develop and execute detailed post-close plans and day-1 communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions for newly acquired companies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions, continuously refining acquisition and integration processes based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
Monitor and report on the performance of the acquisition and ensure strategic objectives, KPIs, and metrics are tracked.
With support from the TMO OCM team, implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and employee buy-in, assessing cultural fit and working to integrate corporate cultures effectively.
Identify and capture synergies to maximize the value of acquisitions, managing integration budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for SteerCo, TMO leadership and board members, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the acquisition process.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align strategic goals and objectives with acquired entities, ensuring smooth transition and integration of IT, HR, F&A, and Ops systems and infrastructure.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees from newly acquired companies are fully integrated and proficient in Franklin Energy's systems and processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous integrations to enhance future efforts.
Ensure all integration activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Manage integration budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving integration objectives.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelors in business, engineering, environmental studies degree or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a strong focus on post-merger integration
8+ years of progressive experience in Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Sustainability, Program Management, or Demand Side Management Programs.
Proven track record in managing post-merger integrations, including overseeing the entire integration process from post-diligence planning through post-close execution, developing and implementing comprehensive integration plans, and leading post-close efforts to align processes, systems, and cultures.
Strong background in project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and within budget.
Experience in change management, including developing and implementing strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize adoption.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute detailed post-close plans and day-1 communication strategies, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and board members.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proven ability to monitor and report on acquisition performance, ensuring strategic objectives, KPIs, and metrics are tracked, and identifying and capturing synergies to maximize acquisition value while managing budgets and timelines.
Demonstrated facilitation skills to align strategic goals and objectives with acquired entities, ensuring smooth transition and integration of IT, HR, F&A, and Ops systems and infrastructure through developed and delivered training programs.
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies that align with business objectives.
Ability to identify and capture synergies to maximize the value of acquisitions, managing integration budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
