Our client holds 90% of the market share for their manufacturing specialty, walk-off mats. You will work with a strong and growing team of support individuals to support all the company plants across the US and internationally. The position will be fully onsite in Lagrange, GA with potential travel to other plants.
Responsibilities
Provides phone, manufacturing floor and remote support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity.
Responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
Qualifications
Windows 7, 10, and 11 set up and support
Office 365 support and administration
Desktop and label printer support
SMB network basic troubleshooting and support
Desktop set up scripting
