Job Description:

Merchants Bank has an opening for a Credit Systems & Project Administrator Lead.  This position can work from any of our Merchants Bank locations in MN and WI.

This position will oversee all aspects of software/technology, process, procedures, and project administration in the Commercial/Ag/Consumer Credit Administration and Loan Operations Department.  Will maintain responsibility for the various software/systems including the selection, setup, maintenance, training, troubleshooting, onboarding, and decommissioning.  Will oversee systems and processes to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  The incumbent will also oversee all aspects of project administration for Credit and Loan Operations ensuring the seamless transition of project assessment to project completion/integration and everything in between.  Success in project administration will include organizing all stakeholders around an idea and ensuring key project deliverables are achieved within desired timelines.   At times, the incumbent will also oversee other special projects or tasks assigned at the direction of Credit Administration/Loan Operations Management.

Must have an undergraduate degree in business, technical, finance or related field and two years of related work experience preferably in banking operations industry or Credit Administration.  Must have strong technical, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.  Must be self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
