Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction, restaurant, and hospitality operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with an extensive background in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for the successful completion of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer service.
Ensure that hospitality operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other staff.
Ensure that all construction and hospitality operations are in compliance with relevant legal and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the construction, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong people skills and customer service experience.
Knowledge of relevant legal and safety regulations.
Experience with entertainment and hospitality operations a plus.
