Responsibilities A Kforce client in the Downtown Milwaukee, WI area is looking for a Division Controller. This role will act as a Business Partner for the Division. Looking for an individual to be hands-on and bias for action, have strong accountability, a high sense of urgency and be a change agent. Responsibilities:
Direct monthly forecasting process of synergies, capacity improvements, productivity loss, restructuring expense, investment and cashflow
Financial leader and financial liaison
Manage and improve internal controls procedures and compliance to GAAP/SOX for Integration and restructuring activities
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA a plus
At least 6 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Previous FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Previous public accounting and internal audit experience a plus
Working Conditions: Hybrid
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
