QEHS Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly qualified QEHS Manager to oversee and manage quality, environmental, health, and safety programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Manufacturing, ISO 17025, A2LA, Quality, and OSHA standards, and be able to manage and lead a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain QEHS programs that conform to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QEHS policies and procedures
Provide technical support to cross-functional teams to resolve QEHS issues and implement corrective actions
Lead training and educational programs on QEHS policies, procedures, and practices
Collaborate with external auditors, customers, and suppliers to ensure adherence to QEHS standards and requirements
Lead and manage a team of professionals to implement QEHS programs effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QEHS management in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, A2LA/Quality, and OSHA standards and regulations
Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams and projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
CSP, ASP, Quality Certs are a plus
