A day in the life.
As our Client Executive on the Aviation team, you'll work on servicing and retaining an existing book of business while supporting continued growth. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating marketing and placement of new and renewal business. You will coordinate and assist clients with strategic planning, setting goals and renewal planning. You will identify business opportunities and cross sell. Review client contracts and agreements to ensure proper coverage is in place. Additionally, you will help prepare and manage client presentations to new and existing clients. Helping to develop and mentor team members and department staff will be a key part of this position.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 5 plus years of experience in commercial insurance
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience or background in aviation
- Knowledge of aviation insurance coverage, markets, and procedures
- Property & Casualty License required
- Strong computer competency - Microsoft Office 365 products
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and lead team efforts

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,100 to $114,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
