Our client is embarking on an innovative Data Analytics project aimed at leveraging a comprehensive data platform solution. This project integrates systems and processes across various business areas such as Sales, Manufacturing, Product Planning, and various platforms such as SAP, Power BI, AWS, and custom-built solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master/Project Manager who can lead the Data Analytics project, facilitate team collaboration, and deliver high quality data analytics solutions.
Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a scrum master role. Experience in data analytics projects, is highly desirable.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. PMP Certification is a plus.
Technical skills: proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI), and cloud services (e.g., AWS).
Data Analytics:
Experience in leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions. understanding how to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies. • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., power bi, tableau) and platforms (e.g., AWS, SAP). experience in integrating these tools with existing business systems.
Project Manager: • Experience managing projects from inception to completion. this includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. • Practical experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as scrum or kanban. ability to apply these methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
Scrum Master: • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to review progress, discuss any roadblocks, and plan the day's work. • Organize and lead sprint planning sessions to define the work for the upcoming sprint. • Conduct sprint reviews to showcase completed work and retrospectives to discuss what went well and what could be improved.
Job Description:
Stakeholder Communication: • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and next steps. Prepare and distribute status reports. • Schedule and attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, and any issues that need resolution.
