Title: Client Services and Office Operations Associate
Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts
Position Description: • Communicate with clients and prospects via telephone, email, or mail • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for client meetings • Prepare and process appropriate business and account contracts and forms • Handle client requests for money transfers, financial account transfers, and financial account management • Perform data entry for spreadsheets, financial tools, and tax preparation tools • Run daily investment reports • Maintaining a professional office environment, including mailing, scanning & filing office documents, ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and general upkeep • Sort, review, and organize mail (electronic and paper) • Pay bills
