The Opportunity
The selected leader will be a strategic, organized, and proactive executive with the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of managers and professionals. This individual will be fully responsible for overseeing media fulfillment, media buying, and affiliate management programs. They will be expectedto "think and act like an owner," effectively managing company and client priorities, overseeing large budgets, delegating tasks, and taking initiative to anticipate, report, and address issues as they arise.
This leader, a manager of managers, will be hands-on and will utilize their deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including the complexities of traffic sources, advertising operations, campaign execution, arbitrage platforms, monetization, and various media buying and delivery methods.
In addition to managing media delivery and team KPIs, this leader will contribute strategically to the business, offering insights into product and solution development, and continuously seeking
opportunities to refine and improve existing processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
This is a high-profile leadership role, overseeing three managerial reports (and their teams), and will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The success of this leader and their teams is crucial to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:
Ownership of all delivery: media fulfillment, media buying, affiliate management
Ownership of budgets, pricing, and accountable for delivery on time
Ensure that company mission and culture is maintained throughout the business
Facilitate all media efforts to increase overall traffic volume while maintaining costs
Be a key decision maker on not only traffic/marketing sources, but also on level of spend, mediamix and overall departmental strategy
Increase the affiliate management revenue to offset media spend
Recruit and further build a best-in-class digital marketing team with clearly defined program
objectives, methods, and KPIs
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase market segments
Liaise with sales and account management to increase client satisfaction and revenue
Stay up to date with digital technology trends, developments, and expertise
Play key role in resource planning, making sure all team members meet objectives
Coach team members to instill confidence, ensure excellence and encourage progression
Serve as the authority on client escalations, instilling confidence and resolution
Job Requirements
At least 10+ years overall business experience, in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies
Proven track record motivating and managing digital marketing teams
Deep understanding of adtech, digital media, and nuances of media buying
Proven experience in steering the strategic direction of a division, managing budgets, and
producing business reports, documenting requirements and specifications
Ability to provide direction and leadership to foster a team environment, even in a climate of
significant organizational growth and cultural change
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills: educate, inspire, influence, listen
Able to explain limitations, both technical and time, to non-technical team members
Experience with consumer-facing web apps and adtech stacks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high growth business
A high level of intelligence, able to grasp and solve complex business issues quickly and creatively
