As an SAP Improvement Projects Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving the enhancement and optimization of our SAP systems across the organization. This role requires a combination of project management skills and deep knowledge of SAP functionalities to effectively oversee and implement system upgrades and integrations that support our business objectives.
Qualifications And Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in managing SAP projects, including system improvements, upgrades, and integrations.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, modules, and their business applications.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities and DUTIES MAY include, but are not limited to, the FOLLOWING:
Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for all project-related communications, engaging with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timelines.
SAP System Enhancements: Coordinate the assessment, design, and implementation of SAP system improvements to increase efficiency and functionality.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new systems and updates. Develop training materials and user manuals as necessary.
Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones and deliverables for senior management.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all SAP improvement projects comply with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with project implementation and propose risk mitigation strategies
