Responsibilities: • Assign cases to the Sales Force • Warranty Registration • Distributor / Supplier statements • Morning Report • Tag Distributor orders sent from other departments • Order management of Strategic Accounts assigned • Weekly Open Order reports to customers • Providing multipliers to customers • Performs other duties as assigned • 2+ years of customer service office experience required
Experience:
Customer Service: 2+ years in a customer service or office role.
Sales Support: Experience in administrative tasks supporting sales teams.
Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Data Management: Experience in reporting and data analysis.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and distribution.
