Front desk: Greeting clients and customers, managing phones, and handling mail and shipments
Communication: Handling correspondence, drafting emails, and responding to customer queries
Scheduling: Planning and organizing meetings, appointments, and events
Record keeping: Maintaining filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists
Office supplies: Ordering and overseeing office supplies and food deliveries
Travel: Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
Financial tasks: Assisting with financial tasks, bookkeeping, and record-keeping
Office equipment: Operating and troubleshooting office equipment like printers and computers
Inventory: Overseeing office inventory and ensuring an adequate supply of consumables
