Required Qualifications: • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. • Experience in Cisco voice networks and VOIP support. • At least 2 years of experience in Cisco Voice and UCCE administration and maintenance. • Experience in Verint Maintenance & Support. • Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco. • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience of experience in Routing and Switching. • Knowledge of call center technologies, ConvergeOne platform. • Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends • Strong communication and Analytical skills • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment • This job requires physical handling of telecom equipment across the premises including the datacenter.
