The person in this role will shadow a tenured resource to be cross trained around Document Publishing, Content Management, and/or Job Scheduling responsibilities, completing day-to-day operations and project tasks, and troubleshooting incidents/problems.
Preferred skills:
Experience with Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Job Scheduling, or Business Intelligence tools (any of the areas the team currently supports)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with Business and Technical contacts.
Platform support for shared infrastructure components hosted on-prem and in vendor PaaS solutions.
Incident and Problem management experience
Preferred experience with vendor management, PaaS-supporting Content Management, or Document Publishing (Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence)
