Role Description
The Business & Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in improving business processes and supporting the systems that drive our administration services. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and ensure that our systems effectively support the delivery of F&I products. This hybrid role requires strong business acumen and an understanding of how technology can be leveraged to achieve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the F&I (Finance and Insurance) or automotive industry. • Experience with business systems management, configuration, and optimization. • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI for report creation and data analysis. • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise. • Experience with systems integrations, APIS, and data migration. • Proficient in SQL for querying databases and supporting data analysis efforts. • Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. • Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
