Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior IT Auditor with in-depth experience leading audits to ensure IT Security and Compliance! This position is a hybrid role and offering a great opportunity to grow and develop leadership experience in the auditing and compliance space.
The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for planning and leading audits to support both federal and state compliance efforts.
Duties:
Oversee and provide direction and recommendation on IT audits, reviewing reports upon completion of each audit assignment.
Serve as a liaison between auditors, the heads of each line of business, and the organization as whole to ensure accuracy of the information provided from the audit as well as provide clarification to reduce ambiguity or confusion.
Evaluates information systems processes and internal controls from a risk and compliance perspective, makes recommendations and serves as an expert resource
Serve as lead for special projects focused in enhancing auditing processes and ensuring compliance for different IT systems and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience working in IT Security and/or Auditing
In-depth knowledge of security controls and standards such as NIST, HIPPA, etc.
