We have been retained by a Columbus client to identify an Azure Architect, Hyperscale. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Azure hyperscale architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to create cloud-native applications and optimize existing solutions for the Azure platform.
Lead the migration of on-premises applications to Azure hyperscale environments, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for Azure-based applications and services.
Stay current with Azure updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
Qualifications
7+ years of cloud architecture experience with a focus on Microsoft Azure
Strong experience with Azure hyperscale services, including Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Proficient in designing and implementing cloud solutions using Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
