GSquared Group is currently partnered with one of our key enterprise clients, one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeast, to identify a highly skilled OneTrust GRC Security Lead with a strong technical background in OneTrust GRC security platform to help them in an assessment and upgrade of their existing environment.
Position Overview:
The Lead OneTrust GRC Security Consultant is pivotal in assessing, recommending, and implementing improvements within our existing OneTrust GRC environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the OneTrust platform, coupled with a robust understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current OneTrust GRC environment to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable strategies and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GRC program using OneTrust.
Implementation Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of recommended changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and security, to ensure successful integration and adoption of GRC practices.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the OneTrust tool and its capabilities.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to the GRC processes, changes, and technical implementations, providing regular updates to management.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in GRC and OneTrust to ensure our processes remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) is preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in GRC consulting or a similar role, with a strong focus on OneTrust GRC implementation and management.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the OneTrust platform, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex environments and propose strategic improvements.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and leading technical teams; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership, mentorship, and teamwork.
