Requirements:
Lead day-to-day IT operations with a hands-on approach.
Contribute to a strategic vision for future growth in collaboration and with support from both US and EU colleagues.
Software Development and Architecture: Act as a Software Development Lead and Solution Architect, leveraging strong architecture skills and experience, to establish a US system landscape. Being a co-driver in driving the migration process of IT systems, ensuring smooth transitions and scalability.
Work closely with both US and EU colleagues to ensure information and experience sharing.
Provide leadership to colleagues working in both US (Austin) and DK (remote).
Possess a start-up mindset attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where it's required to balance different roles at the same time.
Several years of experience within IT, ideally in different roles and especially in solution architecture. Prior experience in a trading company is a significant plus, but is not a requirement.

Docker / Kubernetes - to make the deployment experience seamless
