This individual will work closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high-quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
You will also be responsible for:
Coordination, planning, and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects.
Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR as provided to assigned clients.
Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the Super User Lead program.
Develops Super User Lead competencies.
Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs.
Attends meetings of professional, civic and services organizations.
Administers and ensures compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.
Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.
Position Requirements:
A bachelor's degree preferred.
Five years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR.
