Key Skills and Experience Required
4+ years in a Business Analyst role to include testing and aptitude regarding APIs and Web Services
MUST be willing to commute 1 day/week onsite to Columbia, SC
Strong technical acumen combined with communication skills to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical teams.
Job Description
Role will represent Data Integration layer (LEDS) in projects and work efforts across the organization.
They will assist with design, documentation, and troubleshooting of Data between enterprise systems (both internally and externally).
Will work business units and other application areas to understand requirements, and work closely with development staff to ensure integration solution meet those needs.
Collaborate with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all specifications are met and problems are resolved as they arise.
Communicate with applications on-call persons to repair applications that ended abnormally.
Consult with senior level peers on projects of greater complexity.
Monitor and report on scheduled batch and online applications for successful/unsuccessful execution.
Attend implementation meetings to determine impact to system availability and assignment of team resources for these implementations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related field
4+ years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience
Comfortable commuting 1 day/week onsite to Columbia, SC
Strong communication skills with aptitude to converse and translate requirements and needs between technical/development teams and non-technical teams
